Zoom power can be extended even further with the Extra Optical Zoom, which lengthens the zoom to 18x by engaging the middle part of the FH27's large CCD.
Easy Zoom Button:
When zoom speed matters, the Easy Zoom button is a life-saver. Just one touch of the conveniently located button increases the FH27's zoom power to its 8x maximum; a second quick touch engages the Extra Optical Zoom for instant 18x power.
Venus Engine:
The very capable Venus Engine offers high-speed performance for better quality image signal processing. Images are recorded with stunning clarity and virtually no noise interference.
