The spout will direct the juices cleanly back into a roasting pan for a quick reduction or gravy. J.K. Adams increased the size of the juice grooves and lightened the overall weight of the board. A contemporary cut-out for securely holding poultry while carving is on one side and the reverse side is flat for beef or fish. Measures 20-inch-by-14-inch-by-1-inch.
