Both the exterior and interior are crafted entirely from 304 stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. The steamer doors feature full perimeter gaskets and are equipped with removable liners for easy cleaning and replacement. Each heavy-duty door is also equipped with a spring-released positive lock and seal mechanism for a reliable, tight seal every time. This steamer is designed to operate from direct steam pressure with a minimum incoming pressure of 15 psi and is equipped with a pressure reducing valve to maintain the steam pressure in each compartment at 9 psi.
