These all 316 Stainless Steel rod holders rotate 360 degrees on the horizontal plane and 180 degrees on the vertical axis to allow a multitude of positions. This rod holder is a great addition for an extra trolling rod or for an extra holder on the bow of the boat. When you are finished, they are easily removed with either a pull of the spring loadedquick release pin or the turn of a knob leaving just the base plate left on the deck.
