The Minolta Maxxum XTsi combines all the control of traditional manual SLR cameras with automatic functions for flexibility and creative control. The camera then constructs a sophisticated 14-segment metering pattern around the subject and makes slight adjustments to set the correct exposure. When the camera is brought to the eye, the autofocus and auto exposure systems are activated automatically, without having to touch the shutter-release button.
