Also, I use the PowerPoint, case studies, and test banks, and they complement each other very well. This book has the most user-friendly instructor resources in our business curriculum. I have been able to show new instructors how to navigate them successfully in a matter of minutes.My favorite aspects of SUPERVISION are the Part 1-6 Cases and the You Make the Call & What Call Did You Make? cases, as they promote a lot of informative discussion. I especially appreciate the Supervisory Tips as I think they provide excellent information for my students and their future careers. We covered the text from beginning to end and the material is easily understandable and thought provoking, and the coverage is excellent for this course.
