Basically, it generally comes down to this:
1. Use Internet Explorer instead of Firefox, if you are using Firefox..
2. Make sure you are not copying and pasting the password with a space " ", as it will give you an error password.. Or, if you are typing, try copying and pasting.. No caps obviously also..
3. I have had a couple call me and for some reason, they could not log on, but by the fourth try, they get on.. They are not even sure what they did differently either. Go figure..
4. If you have any secondary cleaning programs that clean out your cache regularly or any odd settings or restrictive settings in Internet Explorer (Tools/Internet Options and Advanced Tab) or in Windows, it could
potentially do this.. Generally, Windows is never a factor, unless you are using some sort of business or company computer, where they have tech geeks that restrict all manner of things (to keep employees from doing things)..
