Hi Jarvis,

Now, this is good information..  Save you a lot of money..

NAME BRAND ITEMS:

Name brand items are KING on ebay and the internet..  You can bank on name brand items.. Sony, panasonic, etc..

As long as it is name brand, I can show you how to predicts value, how it acts on ebay, etc..

Name brand items act a lot like a cars value.  I a car that is one or two years old, it is 1/2 value.  3 to 5 years old, 1/4 value..

Sometimes they retain value a bit longer..

NON-NAME BRAND ITEMS:

NOW, non-brand items are like the waves of the sea and can only be controlled if you "corner" the market on the product..

So, if you "dominate" the market of a non-branded item, or are the only one selling it, OR its priced safely at half the price of what the branded version would sell for, you are OK..

So, lets say a brand name camcorder sells for $300 on ebay..  The non-branded version, of the exact same specifications would be safely sold at $150.  And if you "corner" non-branded camcorders of all makes and sizes, you have a much better bet of making a lot of money off them on ebay..

BEST TYPE OF ELECTRONICS:

PDAs, Cell phones, Camcorders, Home Theater Systems, vacuums, other electronics..  Also, even hardware items like miter saw, table saws, power washer cleaners, etc..

These above I have found to make good profit and are easy to sell, as long as they are name brand..

Sincerley
Tony

Dear Anthony

I like your first idea, since alibaba always request quantity of 100 or more, they are require payment in advance.
But I have a connection in CHINA, they can get electronics item for us, but we need capital to start buying from them.

From your past experiences, what kind of electronic item can be sold at ebay most easily and at highest profit..

I love to do selling electronics items and also the ebook..

By the way, do I need to have password for http://titanicimports.com/memberspro/ebookvault.htm

What is my user name and password ??

Hi Jarvis,

Also, there are probably THREE good ways to sell electronics in Japan on ebay..

If you want, we can discuss both ebooks and also electronics at the same time..  If this is good, just reply and we can discuss how to do electronics on ebay..

The three main methods are:

1. Buy overstock/returns from chain stores in Japan.  The main chain type stores in japan receive sometimes too much of a product or receive returns from customers..  If for some reason the item is not returned correctly to the store (missing a component, box too damaged, warranty void, etc) then the store can not put the product on the store floor and have to liquidate it..  A warehouse company buys pallets of overstock and returns from the store for really low prices..  You, in turn, buy from the warehouse company for around 30% of the wholesale price..  So, if the wholesale price for a camcorder is $300, you would pay only about $90 or $100 for it..  Then, you can turn around and sell for $250 on ebay..

2. Import product from China or Taiwan.  In this situation, you find a supplier on such websites as www.alibaba.com <http://www.alibaba.com> <http://www.alibaba.com/>   and you have to do the paperwork, which I can explain to get it done..  I think this way is more complex than number 1 above, and I would first try number 1 above before doing this method.. The idea would be to tap a hot item that is not already saturated on ebay..  One hot item I recall is the DVD/GPS/LCD car player.  You know, like you put on the ceiling so kids can watch movies in the car..  This was a killer import in the USA earlier this year..

3. I thought this one up..  If Japan has higher prices on smaller electronics, like PDA, camcorders, cameras, phones, etc. you can buy them from the USA and then sell them in Japan..  I noticed that with England and Australia, camcorders are much higher priced than here in the USA..  Sometimes, the camcorders are double the price of here..  So, if you were in the UK, for instance, you could buy certain camcorders from Americans and turn around and sell for double or triple (if you are good at bidding).

I buy and sell on ebay half the time anyways..  Believe it or not, you can often buy items in "lots" on ebay for 1/4 their value and sell them individually for profit..

So, that gives you an idea of what we can do..  Write back on what your thoughts are and we can go from there on the electronics..

Sincerely
Tony

Hello,

This is Jarvis again. I was wondering if you provide electronic items for
me to sell? If so, is there a list for it ?

Moreover, do you always handle packing and delivery by yourself, can you
outsource shipping and repackaging by third party?

Thank you

Jarvis
