Hi,

You can buy product cheap from many salvage/closeout/surplus/returns type companies.

In these links below, I explain how they work and give you a few companies as examples:

One that I have used a lot is Genco Salvage Auctions:

You don't have to pay any mothly fees.  It is not some silly dropshipper company or similar company.

The above links point out the REAL DEAL companies that the big guys buy from..

We are talking about getting items for 20% of what they cost in the store..

For instance, lets say a camcorder costs $400 at Best Buy..  You would pay about 20% of this, or $80 bucks.

The items are closeouts, overstocks, customer returns, etc..  About 80% of it is in good condition.  About 20% is not..

So, 80% of what you buy is awesome.

To factor in this waste, all you do is divide the $80 bucks by 0.8.   that will give you the actual price you are paying, as 20% of the product is not good..

So, in other words:

80 / 0.8 = $100.   So, for a $400 in the store camcorder, you would pay $100.

This is just an example, but is definitely realistic..

Of course, maybe a cord is missing occassionaly or something from the box, but it still sells good..  I have sold TONS this way..

You can generally get atleast double what you pay when you sell it..

O'REILLY: All right, Lis ... I sell bibles in Tarzana, CA. Lenny comes in, & he's got a ... beard. He's wearing a dress ... I have to hire him?
LIS WIEHL: You can't not hire Lenny.
O'REILLY: Yes, but ... Don't you see my business point here? ... the state of Calif .. is forcing me to hire people that may be detrimental to my business.
LIS WIEHL: appearance shouldn't matter. When you're selling bibles.
O'REILLY: Ms. Rivers, you understand ... better than Lis because she went to Harvard Law School, and that disqualifies her from common sense.
