But, I can tell you some really good pointers for selling it..

Wholesale Pricing Strategies:
 
To find people to sell them for you, I would do this method:  Sell in lots on eBay..
 
I have noticed that the best way to get a bunch of salesman is to just sell your item in "lots".  Then, you will start to get Sellers who buy from you.   And, if your price is right and they are moving the product, they will keep coming back..  Sellers like products that sell, are easy to handle and are always available for purchase at good prices..
 
You will need to consider, though, what they are worth and then wholesale at 1/2 that price atleast..  The more they buy, the better deal for them.. 
 
Lot of 20 Cubes = 6/10 to 1/2 price
 
Lot of 28 Cubes = 1/2 price
 
Lot of 40 Cubes = 1/2 or maybe even 1/3 price
 
Lot of 100 Cubes = 1/3 or maybe even 1/4 price..
 
I have suppliers on eBay that I will regularly buy from the turn around and sell on eBay.  They almost always sell in lots and I am sure there are many other people who buy their "lots" to resell.. 
 
It builds up quick IF you are providing a good price and if the market is good for selling them..
 
Tell me more about how much YOU will be paying for these cubes and I can help you come up with the right pricing and strategy..

Dropshipping companies are not as good as you might think.  Many people jump onto the internet and learn about dropshipping and want to do it. 
 
Dropshipping sounds nice, sounds easy, sounds profitable, but after you have done it, you will discover that it is not the best way to do business.
 
Basically, dropshipping companies are interested in finding newbee sellers to sell their stuff.  They try to convince you that they have low prices, but often that is not true.
 
I have done dropshipping.  It is not easy or fun..  Consider that you make little profit (little in my book) and that often the dropshipping companies screw up your orders, making you much more work..
 
Imagine you are selling a product, you mark it up only 20%, someone finally buys it and the dropshipping company doesn't send it for two weeks.  Your customer gets mad, files a complaint on the payment and you loose the payment..  But, you already had ordered the dropship item.  Do you see why this is not good?
 
SALVAGE RETURNS FROM CHAIN STORES:
 
To save you a lot of wasted time, here is one of the main ways to sell physical product on eBay.
 
You buy returns from chain stores..  Returns are simply items people bought from say Walmart and returned them.  But, lets say when they returned the TV, they forgot to put the remote control back into the box.  As a result, Walmart can not put it back on the floor to sell.
 
So, instead they sell it in bulk on pallets to companies to resell.  That is where you come into the picture.
 
Often, you only pay 30% of the wholesale price..  So, if a TV retailed for $400 and sold at Walmart for $350, you would only pay about $80 for it. 
 
So, you buy it on a pallet along with say 15 other items.  You pay for the total pallet of items, maybe $500 and only $80 of it was spent on the TV that you can easily sell on eBay for $230.. You make over $100 selling the TV..

WHAT ABOUT ALL THE WORK?
 
Well, actually, you can do as I do.  I hired people to ship the items for me..  I do not ship anything I sell.  I have two people who ship for me.  And, an easy way to pay them is to just give them a percentage of the profit..  I give one 15% of the gross sale price, or 35% of the profit..  I keep 65% of the profit...
 
PSEUDO DROPSHIPPING:
 
If you think about the above, I have basically done what dropshipping is trying to do.  I don't have to ship anything, as I have a worker who does this.  Atleast I can depend on my worker and can go over to his house or call him if something is not getting done..  With a dropshipper, good luck..  Also, I make almost double what I paid for the item.  With dropshippers, you are lucky to make 20%..  EBay will eat that 20% in a heartbeat..
 
See why this way is better?
 
b) INNOVATIVE  WAYS TO LAUNCH PRODUCT EBOOK:
 
First thing that comes to mind is making sure to have a good price on it..  You are not going to have millions lining up for this and you already know that launching your own product costs a lot, so whoever wants this eBook, is willing to spend some money..

I would sell it for $30 bucks minimum.
 
I would make the ad so that it does not appear to be an eBook.  I would make it look more like a service and that you will give them all the steps and pointers they need to get their product launched and that you are willing to help by email.
 
I would then look at the possibility of listing the eBook as a Category Featured..  I am not sure if it would work there or not.  Category Featured is used when you have enough customers to sell say 4 in an auction..  If you sold 4, that would be $120 dollars..  If the auction costs you $30 bucks (category featured is $19.95 alone), then you would need a few sales atleast for it to be worthwhile..
 
I would try a few auctions as Category Featured to see if it would even work there..  I can tell you how to do this, if you want to know..
 
THEN, if it did not work as a category featured, I would try the 1 day auction approach..  A theory I created.. that works..   Basically, you make a few regular 7 day auctions and then you have a huge link in the center of the page pointing to auctions ending that day..  Then, you make one or two auctions that end daily..  They are one day auctions for this $30 how to take a product to market.. 
 
You will know pretty quickly if this will work or not..
 
If that did not work, I would just do the normal 7 day auctions..  Sales are considerably slower this route, but if the first two methods above do not work, you don't have much options left than the standard auction methods.. 
 
c) PROGRAM TO SEARCH INTERNET TO FIND OPPORTUNITIES:
 
Sounds cool, sounds like something I would have made..  But, I would say that hindsight tells me it would be ineffective..
 
Rather than some grandio program, rather use little functions and techniques that work for you over time and just keep them handy.
 
For instance, on My eBay, you will notice that it has a link on the left side menu:

I use this alot..  You can program searches on eBay..  Searches you have used in the past that yielded good deals to buy and turn around and sell on eBay..

REGARDING GOING WHERE I AM GOING:
 
I can help you take a lot of short cuts, but I don't believe you can really go where I am going, just yet..
 
Imagine we were playing a video game, but I have been playing it for a long time and I know all the ins and outs and practically beat it.. You just start and you want to know all the secrets..  I can only tell you so much for where you are at in the game and only so much can be soaked in and understood..
 
So, basically, I can help you short cut out a lot of the years it takes to get where I am at, but it will be a while before you can still go where I am going..  I have learned a great deal over the years..
 
MOST IMPORTANT: 
 
Head knowledge is only useful if you use it.  So, most importantly, you need to just get out there and get selling..
 
Not only do you need to learn from people like me, you need to get your hands dirty, make the sales, make the mistakes, so you can get where I am at faster..

Head knowledge can only do so much..  HALF of it is experience.. No one can really teach you experience..  Its something you have to experience to really grasp it..
 
Its like me trying to explain a 3 dimensional object and you have only seen 2 dimensional objects.. But, once you have experienced a 3 dimensional object, it makes all the more sense..
 
SO, my first suggestion is to get out there and start selling..  Use some of my techinqies..  Start with one product and I can help you with it, getting it going..
 
AND, never give up..  So many people quit after doing nothing.. Don't be a panzy as many are..  Frankly, the reason most get no where is because they don't try.. They try once or twice and give up, like wussies..
 
So, another thing is to perservere.  It REALLY pays off in the end..  So, you have to put passion behind the dream and make it happen..

If I try dropshipping with the supplier, I guess I have to make an invoice to the buyer... How do you make/send the invoices? Does the dropshipper do it for you? What's the best way to deal with this sort of partnerships?
 
b) I have a Private Resell ebook on "innovative ways to make and launch your own product every week". What would be your best strategy to sell this or other PLR ebooks?
 
c) I am thinking about having my own software programmed to search on internet and on ebay to find arbitrage opportunities. I am not sure this is an EFICIENT way of doing business...What do you think?

Well, where I am at now is "efficiency".
 
The Stages I went through on eBay:
 
In the beginning, I start just trying to make some money on eBay.  Then, I got to the point where I just wanted to make as much money as possible and did not care how much work I had to do.  After a year or two, I get to a point where I want to cut back the work and increase the profit.
 
So, in the end, I am trying to cut out as much work as possible (automation, workers) and make as much profit as possible (only sell products that make killer profit).

I only have two hands and I can only hire so many workers so I am trying to make it "efficient".
 
So, if you are like me, that is where you will go in the end.  You will be searching for that product that makes you tons of money and you do not have to do hardly any work..
 
THE SECRETS:
 
Man, I don't think you are seeing it totally. 
 
Its ALL in the marketing..

So, since I am one of the best marketers on eBay, I have more experience than basically anyone I teach.  So, if someone competes with me at selling a product (a competitor), I have an advantage over him/her.
 
So, I do not worry.  I have the skill.  I can sell anything on eBay.  Its ALL in my marketing that I make money.  So, I can start from NOTHING and go to MONEY in no time and I don't have to worry about my competitors, as I can beat most of them.
 
I am more secure in having the marketing skills and have the confidence to go into eBay knowing I have sort of a power over eBay and how it works..

That is the secret..  The secret is aquired when you have the marketing skill.
 
I have no problem teaching you the skills, but I can not think of all the skills at one time, so it takes time for you to learn all the skills, even though I am making it much faster than if you were learning on your own through trial and error..
 
RIGHT NOW:
 
Well, where I am right now is based on my desires..
 
I could have went the big warehouse route, have a bunch of workers and sell tons of product.
 
I could have corner a whole market on eBay with import product..
 
But, the two above require a lot of money and good managing skills.   Of course, lots of money can be made here and lots of growth is possible.
 
OR, I can stay the same size and FOCUS on EFFICIENCY..  So, I decided on efficiency..  I explained efficiency above..
 
ANOTHER DISCOVERY:
 
I thought of this..  We get bills every month right?  Well, wouldn't it be nice if you could get money every month? 
 
All the big companies which make the most profit have some sort of:
 
1. Monopoly
2. Monthly billing
3. Yearly billing
4. Needed product (food, etc).
5. Addictive Product.
 
SO, for the most profit, the above is the tactic.
 
1. Monopoly - Corner market on eBay with imports.
2. Monthly billing - subscription website as I have started.
3. Yearly billing - virus software, software you need to use daily or depend on.
4. Needed product - shipping supplies for ebay sellers, items ebay sellers need.
5. Addictive Product - drugs, weigh loss pills, etc..
 
These are the money makers because the customers come back over and over after they buy from you..

For name brand products it is only 50% marketing..
 
Basically, what I do is sell people my ad, rather than the product.
 
So, I point out all the benefits of the product, rather than just its features in my description and make sure to separate myself from my competitors..
 
THEN, I figure out what is the MOST someone on eBay is willing to pay for it and I put my price at that highest point..
 
I figure out the highest point by looking through ebay's sale history for the item and sort by highest price first and find the first one that sold (green colored).
 
HERE IS WHAT YOU WANT PROBABLY:
 
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON TAKING ANY INFORMATION PRODUCT TO MAKING KILLER PROFIT:
 
1. Basically, you make an ad description for the eBook.  I generally find those who are selling a similar eBook and are making the most money out of all those selling that particular topic of ebook.  I do this at a link like this:
 
 
I analyze those who are selling this type of eBook and find the seller making the most money..  I believe I already showed you who this was (hawaiian guy), but there are also many other good examples..  See the link above and do the research a bit..
 
2. Then, you make your ad in a very similar manner taking the good attributes from the top ads that sell already on eBay..  Think about what of the attributes would seem most appealing to your customers..
 
3. You make titles that are similar to the titles of the top sellers.. Make sure to get in the relevant keywords..
 
4. Next, you put up an auction in a normal manner..  NOT at the top of the page..  Just a normal auction or buy it now..  Costs maybe $1+. 
 
5. Put up a few auctions like this..  Its a bit slow at this stage, but look at it as perfecting your ad.  All you want to do is make sure you can sell on 40% of the auctions..  If you can do this, then your ad and title is solid.  Make sure the price is solid, like $7.95 or $9.95.
 
6. THEN, after you have gotten some sales, confirmed it sells 40% of the time, THEN, you can put it up at the top of the page in Featured manner.  This will make the process less expensive, as you did your testing on the slower, lower priced regular auctions.. 
 
7. NOW you are doing some testing at the featured level.  It might already preform good as you tested at the lower levels, but this is a different way to sell, so you might have to do some testing to make sure you are getting the sales..  At the top of the page you will want to be doing dutch auctions and trying to sell 8 or more per auction..
 
8. ONCE you have proof it is selling 8 or more and going good, THEN, you branch out into other categories, using other titles, and putting the auctions on different days.  This capitalizes the area on eBay so you can max out what you make..
 
This is where you are at a level where you can make $50 bucks a day..

There are many good products to sell on eBay.  BUT, lets first start with just eBooks and then you can ask about other types of products..

Usually for regular product, you want to sell name brand product.  I can tell you how to get this really cheap also.  Just ask..
 
EBOOKS:
 
95% of those who sell eBooks do it totally different than me and they also make hardly any money.
 
The way I do it will make you LOTS of money.
 
Basically, you have to have balls, though, to do it my way.. 
 
Why?
 
Because you will have to spend about $25 bucks on one auction..  BUT, the idea is you make $100 in that auction..  YES, we are talking about eBooks here..
 
Let me explain..
 
OK, to give it to you straight, here is how to make real money with eBooks:
 
1. Pick just one eBook.  Yes, ONLY one.  The topic should be any of the below, as they are the top genres:
 
A. Stocks or any other type of investing.
B. How to make money on eBay.
C. How to win the lottery.
D. How to win at gambling.
E. How to make money on the net.
 
And related topics (horse race betting, Making money in other ways, etc).
 
These type of eBooks can be sold at the top of the page..  This is called "Category featured".
 
CATEGORY FEATURED:
 
ALSO, I am not sure if I pointed this out yet, but selling at the top of the category is generally how most of the top sellers make the most money off eBooks.. 
 
Selling at the top of the page will cost you maybe $25 bucks, but it is worth it, if you have a killer ad, killer title, and in the best category..  You can get 10+ sales at $9.95 and that is about $100 bucks..  Then, you just pay about $30 to eBay..
 
TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA:
 
Here is probably the most profitable eBook auction I have ever seen:
 
 
Here is how many he sold:
 
 
 
HE SOLD 120 OF THEM!!!!!  
 
That is $1200 minus about $65 in eBay fees..
 
Thats over $1000 PROFIT off ONE EBOOK AUCTION. 
 
He did EXACTLY as I mentioned above..  He has it as a dutch auction, digital delivery, category featured, killer ad, killer title, great icon and the best category..
 
 
I have been doing this type of auction style since 2001.  My best one of all time only sold 48 total at $15 bucks each..  That was for the INFORMATIONAL TV projector kit..  Its basically a manual with one component..
 
My record for software selling in this style was about 34+ sales on a BIBLE SOFTWARE product back about 3 years ago..  Same style, top of the category, etc..
 
 
So, I would say, this would be the best way to sell your eBooks.  The problem is most no one has the balls to do it..  Even when I tell them the above..  Doesn't bother me though, as I don't loose out..
